Ahhhh, yes. Making it through without injuries or being over worked. That is a fine balance. I actually strained my shoulder last week doing push ups! Yeah, push ups! It is healing nicely though.
There are so many things I want to get accomplished for this year. Sometimes its like treading water...but we push on to be better.
Yes, plenty of goals... First is to survive the rehearsal period of the next 3 weeks without getting hurt or getting too tired I wouldn't be able to enjoy the performances. Second is to clean up the last little things, last push to those body lines... And I keep going, but I'll leave it there for now. So much to work on!!
