The Feldenkrais Method® was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984), a distinguished physicist, as a way to teach himself to walk again, after severe injuries. The method combines gentle movement with awareness to improve the coordination of the whole self in action. It has grown into an internationally acclaimed system of movement improvement, healing and learning.
